We are extremely excited to announce that we have secured our Staff Directors for the upcoming season and beyond. To provide the best possible experience for our players, we will be moving forward with a new staff structure. Brice Nardozzi will assume the role of Director of Soccer, Chris Pursser will serve as our Boys Director, Miguel Lumbrera will be our Girls Director, and Tom Dziamba will be our Academy Director.
This approach is designed to ensure the comprehensive delivery of our technical programming across all campuses. The Director of Soccer will not coach teams, allowing them to focus fully on supporting and developing our coaching staff to ensure the highest-quality experience for our players.
All Directors will spend time at each of our three campuses to ensure alignment across locations, maximize resource sharing, and strengthen collaboration between staffs. I will continue working closely with all Directors to ensure we provide the highest-quality training and playing environment, while also identifying the most appropriate and competitive leagues for our teams.
